the new Shelby Mustang GT500 SVO MACH 1 KING HERTZ COBRA R or whatever the fvck other stupid tags they put on the damn thing. it has 500 hundred horsepower, and does a high 12 in the quarter mile for a really good driver, and the average person driving it on the street would get low 13s. an 02 Camaro with 200 less horsepower runs the same times! an 03 Cobra can do low 12s. what the hell? and i know that it DOES weigh 4000 pounds, but thats no excuse. im seriously upset about the sheer uselessness of this car. why did they put this atrocity into production?

Black mold growth question?

My question regards the growth of black mold. I live in Minnesota, where it rains periodically in the summer (which it is now) and snows for about six months. Anyway, I have sort of a double layered window, it's hard to explain, but there are supposed to be two windows on the outside of this little pane, and two on the inside. However, when we moved into this house, one of the windows on the outside was missing, and allowed water and snow to damage the pane, it's gotten so bad that some of my wall next to the window is rotting away and opening up. Since it's made of wood, and other seemingly porous material, and from the heat of the summer, does it seem likely black mold could have grown in there? Is it possible? Every time it rains, it also gets the same area wet, making it worse, does this promote mold growth?

Ah, at last I connect. Here's your soul in your words. I love the anger, the rage, the tension of the energy in my shoulders while I'm reading it. You're inciting compion while speaking out hatred, preaching love through pain. The message that you're sending (at least to me) is that none should have to live their lives feeling that way. This isn't an emo wrist slit poem, it's something deeper. BTW the line "none of you could not care less" makes no sense. It's the whole double negative thing.

wondering if this has happened to you. sorry this might be a little long. okay you start to grow into a young adult and you see people that may have let themselves go a little bit and say, i wouldn't ever let that happen to me, and it did. 21 month old with PDD and eating?

My son was diagnosed with PDD about 2 months ago, however I have had a feeling he was autism spectrum since he was about 8 months old. Eating is his greatest challenge. He doesn't feed himself anything but Kraft American cheese and Gerber puffs but at one time he did allow me to feed him chopped up table food on a spoon. Noodles, french toast, shredded meat, mashed up meat, etc. When he turned about 14 months he started throwing up everything and anything and I had to revert back to stage 3 baby food. He then started throwing that up and I started on stage 2 baby food. Right now his diet is: Kraft cheese and puffs (as previously mentioned), Gerber baby oatmeal or rice cereal mixed with milk, applesauce, Handisnack banana pudding, stage 2 meats, Yo baby yogurt, Betty crocker mashed potatoes, and stage 3 Gerber dinners. Still, every once in awhile, he gags and throws up on his staples. I never know what to expect. He does receive therapy through early intervention 3 times per week, 2 times are for feeding OT. He is not responding to feeding OT at all and is making zero progress. He's dipped in the growth charts so his doctor prescribed a high calorie formula that is basically keeping him from wasting away. I don't want him to be dependent on this forever, but I know this is issue is common with autistics. What else can I try? Forget pureeing table food, he throws up on any texture that isn't Gerber's.

What courses must you take to teach ESL/ELL?

I would like to teach English As A Second Language (ESL) aka English Language Learners (ELL). It was told to me by the ELL teacher at my old HS to take the course for Secondary English and then have the state pay for the courses in ELL. But I also heard online that many states want you to get a minor in English or teaching english before doing ELL. I do NOT want to be a bilingual teacher (Spanish/English.) I simply want to teach standard ELL and then take that abroad. There is a HUGE need for english teachers throughout Asia, Europe, China, Japan, Africa, Mexico, South America... not to mention inside the USA as well! So, does anyone know what I can do to get a degree ONLY in ELL without having to get a degree as a basic english teacher first? I don't want to have to go back and forth to college. Need help creatively displaying my before and after pictures of my repair work outside of my shop?

I am trying to attract more attention to my shop. I have a small furniture repair and restoration business in a very high foot traffic area. I have many before and after pictures and need an idea for an outdoor display (that can be taken inside at night) to get the attention of people walking by. I have a limited outdoor space (sidewalk width) and also 1 display window that is 3' wide by 8 ' tall. I would like to make use of both the window and the sidewalk area. Do I have to use a textbook for math? (Grade 3)?

I am new to homeschooling. This coming school year will be my first time. I bought a social studies book to follow, and I have a reading textbook and tons of books. I downloaded our states standards and plan on using free worksheets for language arts lessons such as grammar, vocab, punctuation etc. I also plan on making my own spelling lists (I have been researching effective 3rd grade spelling word families). My question is about math though. I have 2 math workbooks but not a textbook. I have the state's standards on what they need to learn but my question is can I just use a whiteboard and the workbooks and Internet as math tools or should I get an actual curriculum? Okay, so friend invited this one guy ice skating who invited a couple friends. I've never met them but whatever. He is too old to be on baby food, at least the pureed kind. At minimum he should be eating stage three baby food. He really should be eating whatever the family eats. I had a friend whose daughter was petite, she didn't eat much, so when she did eat her mom would put er or some sort of fat in her food. He doesn't really need a spoon right now, just cut up everything small and let him eat with his hands, by 18 months he should be trying to figure the utensil thing out.

Hi. I'm a senior in highschool and I have the chance to get extra credit by writing a proxy server. I did a little research, but I'm still undecided about the language. I will develop the proxy on a the Ubuntu-Server OS and I'm familiar with C/C++ and networking on UNIX systems, but I consider using a high-level interpreted language instead (since it won't have more than one client (me) performance is negligible, but I think a high-level language would decrease complexity). Unfortunately, I have almost no experience with high-level language (except Scheme and C/C++ (if you want to count that as "high-level")), but I'm willing to learn. Boston Terrier with a neverending rash?

I have a Boston thats less than a year old. He has had a rash of some sort for about 6 months now. He has red spots and he scratches them and makes bloody gross spots. This rash is not isolated to one area. Its all over him. I took him to the vet about 5 times now with no luck. He was given prednisone and an antibiotic. It helped for about 5 days then the rash cam e back. This has happened at least 3 times. The vet says he thinks its allergies, but has no other treatment ideas. He gave me Revolution for fleas, so I don't think its a flea allergy. I've switched foods, laundry detergent and dog shampoo. Nothing has worked. Any ideas? I'm going to try another vet, and I hope I find something soon. He's not easy to cuddle with anymore and its making me crazy. Thanks in advance.

Do I need a license to dogsit under 3 dogs?

Hello I was wondering If I would need to contact my state, VA, about obtaining a business license so that I could watch dogs while incurring monetary gain. 98 Ford Contour transmission problems, I need help.?

I was driving my car just fine last weekend, parked it at home and everything was fine never had any transmission issues in the life of the car and fluid is checked everytime the oil is changed. As I was driving (3 blocks from house) the overdrive light started flashing and the everytime the car went to shift normally it would rev real high then jump into the next gear, it would do that for every gear from then on out. The vehicle was towed this morning to Aamco (sad I know but the only transmission shop I have within 60 miles) and they called me an hour later to say everything on the outside of the transmission checks out fine and they see the fluid levels are fine BUT the fluid is old and "slightly burnt" (doesnt smell, I checked) and my car is throwing codes 732 - Gear 2 incorrect ratio and 734 - Gear 4 incorrect ratio. They want 675 to take the transmission off for internal diagnostics and another 600 if they find a minor problem inside they can fix or 1800+ for a transmission put in. HELP PLEASE.

Bike ride blues?

Hiya. I'm doing a 55mile bike ride in the summer so a bit longer to prepare, but still a little worried. I have been doing some reading up on training for such events. I would recommend looking on some cycling websites as they might be able to help. But, from what I have read, getting out on your bike in all weather and up hills is good practice. Also, working up to at least one session of over your target during the week before your actual ride but do little in the few days before your charity ride. Aim to built up the miles you do on each outing. Also, a little bit of resistance training can be beneficial to strengthen the leg muscles, leg presses at a gym or lunges etc (health and fitness websites should be able to tell you how to do this if you've not done them before). Another good tip is to make sure you stretch and warm up well before you go on a long ride. I hope this helps, I am new to cycling but love it. Good luck with your ride for the BHF. Take care.

My new employer sent me a W-9 form for me to return to them. I think they will not be taking taxes,FICA, medicare out on me. Is this legal? So I've gotten My new mule Abigail and we have been ground driving with a hackamore a couple of days. Mind you she hasn't had very much handling and she picked up driving in literally 2 seconds! Cat is driving my crazy!!!!!?

Ok... I have posted this question before and the solution worked for about a week.. Basically my cat.. Orion.. ever since I moved into my new house (and I have been there for about 6 months now) has decided that the carpet is a much better place to deficate then his box which is a mere 4 feet away... Now... I have two cats. The other cat is not a problem. But they were sharing a box. I thought maybe he didnt like sharing a box so I have gotten him a new box of his own and placed it in a slightly better location that I thought he would preferre. Well he seems happy for about a week and a half. Happily going in it with no problem. Now all of a sudden he has resumed his carpet pooing habit which is quite disgusting to say the least and I really dont know what else to do. I really cannot move the boxes in another part of the house as this part of the house is idea with it being a concrete floor. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am at my wits end!

Did I wash my fake leather jacket incorrectly?

I have an imitation leather jacket with a 100% polyester lining that I bought from H&M last year that I usually just wipe clean. But I took it on a trip recently and it got extremely dirty, so I decided to follow the instructions on the label and wash it. The instructions said to wash it on a gentle cycle with like colors in cold water, which I did, and then line dry it. It came out of the washer soaking wet, and was literally dripping water, which is a lot wetter than most of my other clothes were. And, it smells terrible, like the jacket is still dirty! All my other clothes smell very clean and like detergent! Will the smell go away after it dries completely, or did I wash it wrong? If so, how can I make the smell go away?!

Use parasite Clear or Quick Cure. Treat with directions on medicine and allow fish time to heal. If the fish dies at least it will not pollute the other tank and the rest of the fish, and the peace and quiet of the hospital tank might help the fish heal.

Instead, it has to go through specialized proteins called aquaporins. Water goes through aquaporins by osmosis, which has to do with solute concentrations. If the cell is hypertonic, water would go in, causing the cell to swell up and eventually burst if its an animal cell. If the cell is hypotonic, water would go out, causing the cell to shrivel up. For an isotonic solution, there would be equilibrium, water would go in and out in equal amounts.

I am at uni from 7:30am to 6pm. When I walk in the door the first thing I hear is 'what's for dinner?' and 'can you unload the dish washer, there aren't any clean cups'. Why is it that my hubby and my 11 year old understand that they need to unwind, but don't seem to think that I do. When I come home from a long day, I just want ten minutes to myself.
