Moon sign and eyes description?

I am a Scorpio with a Pisces Moon and people always tell me I have very pretty eyes or I always get "what color exactly are your eyes" or "are they brown"..I do have brown eyes but I have a deep blue lining on the outside of my eyes so i'm guessing maybe my eyes change to a lighter brown depending on the sun and if I cry they get lighter..I dont understand that but anyhoo..I do tend to stare at people and people tend to say they feel as though I am looking right into them.
