Is the economy cl in a Boeing 787 the same as any other plane?

So, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner is suppose to be this awesome big plane, right? But is the economy cl and all the other cles as nice as first/business cl? just asking. oh, and pics/youtube vids would be nice too.
