My rights as a teen mother in Illinois?

My boyfriend and I had unplanned and unprotected and Im fairly sure that I'm pregnant. My mom would be completely against the idea of me raising the baby. I know adoption is an option to be considered, but I want to raise my baby. I want to know what she could potentially do to thwart me in my quest to raise my baby. I view this as my mistake, and I want to step up and be a mother. Help?
