Excessive pickle cravings?

my sister can go through a large jar of sliced hamburger dill pickles within 3 days by herself, eating them and drinking the juice, she is not pregnant and no possibility of getting pregnant, she is not a vegan or a vegetarian, she is very much a meat-eater who is 57 yrs old
