How do you feel with someone who lacks MMA/BJJ technique?

If you roll around long enough against someone weaker then you they eventually learn your techniques and the time it takes to finish them and get the submission increases... It used to take me around 10-30 seconds to submit my friend and now it takes 10-30 minutes to submit him now... And now sometimes he manages to catch me by surprise and submit me...
