What would your solution be to solve the high school dropout rates in the US?

Parents could start perhaps I don't know parenting their children. Stop spoiling the little beasts rotten, stop uming their child is an angel and actually listen to the teachers, enforce some rules and boundaries instead of letting their children run wild and act like adults.
