Need help creatively displaying my before and after pictures of my repair work outside of my shop?

I am trying to attract more attention to my shop. I have a small furniture repair and restoration business in a very high foot traffic area. I have many before and after pictures and need an idea for an outdoor display (that can be taken inside at night) to get the attention of people walking by. I have a limited outdoor space (sidewalk width) and also 1 display window that is 3' wide by 8 ' tall. I would like to make use of both the window and the sidewalk area. In addition I also have 2 large panes of gl on my french doors in the front. i have the capabilities to build a simple display for the photos for outside which is my main focus. Any ideas as to how to maximize my visual display would be great. Thanks!
