Will the cubs make a move at the trade deadline?

The Cubs will not trade any of those guys. They might trade some no names but they will get no names in return. They will not trade Colvin, i don't know about Baker, they might trade Koyie Hill, Tom Gorzelanny will stay, and they will not be trading Starlin Castro anytime soon. I don't know if they make a trade at all. Unless they go on a really big winning streak and stay good then I doubt they will win the NL Central or Wild Card so I doubt they are in a big hurry to trade before the deadline.
