What is Gymkhana? Help!?

Basically it's a lot of games you can do on horseback. Depending on who hosts it, it can include anything from traditional barrel racing, to flag races, egg and spoon races, keyhole races, ride a buck (last one to have the dollar between their leg and the horse wins the money). There are games like relays (run to a barrel, get off the horse, crawl through the barrel, remount and run back), sew a on race (run down to a person, get off, sew a on on their clothes, remount and run back), all kinds of fun things on horseback. It's a lot more relaxed than a horse show, but you still have to be a good rider because you do such a variety of things that require concentration on things other than riding (balancing an egg on a spoon) while riding at various gaits.
