When printing a envelope, can someone tell me where i go to to put the address onto the computer.?

Have a Dell all in one printer, and although I can go into file, print, then print an envelope, can not fathom out where to go to put in the address. My old printer a lexmark use to have an address window that popped up, but that doesn't seem to happen with the Dell.
