My Astra is playing up, it's driving very sluggish?

it was getting worse so ive ust changed the oil,oil filter,air filter,fuil filter,spark plugs and leads.it is running better some times, but then it starts getting sluggish again. it also somtimes stalls at lights,or as im changing down at a corner,also the engine management light somtimes comes on. any ideas??
