When was the last time.......................?

I haven't had one of those days yet. But I'm not a parent either. However, I do have something similar to those days. I keep a bag of concrete mix and a baseball bat in my garage. When I get absolutely livid, I beat that bag with the bat. I haven't had to do that lately.
