Yorkie breeders or vet techs. I need have a question!?

I have a 20 month old female yorkie. I had her vet checked about 5 months ago when I bought her and the vet said she was healthy but her knees pop in and out of place a little bit, he said it is very common in this breed (I already knew that, I have done tons of research on this breed) but I am going in to have her knees and hips ect certified when she turns 2 years old since her knees slightly pop in and out will she p her cerf test or will this cause her to fail? Any input would be helpful. Thanks
