I have lucid dreams where I'm outside looking up at the night sky?

It's always dark out, and I feel like I'm at peace. I'm all alone, and the setting is either just outside my house or in a urban/suburban setting. I look up at the sky, and the stars start to move around sporadically. It's kind of overwhelming because it's so surreal, but at the same time I'm relaxed and stay in the dream (don't wake up). Today I took a nap, and one of these dreams happened. I was actually confused at first if it was really happening, or if it was a dream. Why am I having these dreams? What do they mean?
