3 ring school binders with laminate picture pockets in front?

Does anyone remember these 3 ring binders with laminate picture pockets on the front? Not like the regular laminate cover binders they've always sold but these had designated picture spots of different sizes on the fron so you easily place and replace your pictures on the cover. They came in various pastel colors and I got them from Walmart, I believe. I used them in high school from like 2002-2005 and I can't find them anywhere.
